Our commitment

Every watch purchased from DARIUS comes with a 5-year commercial warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality, reliability and durability.

This warranty takes effect from the date of delivery of the watch.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?

The 5-year commercial warranty covers:

• manufacturing defects,

• movement dysfunctions,

• Assembly defects observed during normal use of the watch.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear of components (strap, case, glass, coating, surface treatments),

• batteries,

• damages resulting in particular from:

• from a shock, a fall, or an accident,

• from use not in accordance with the recommendations for use,

• immersion not conforming to the indicated sealing level,

• of a modification or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party,

• due to negligence or lack of maintenance

How do I activate the warranty?

For any warranty claim, the customer is invited to:

1. Contact our customer service at the following address: hello@darius.paris

2. Enter your order number

3. Attach proof of purchase

4. Follow the return instructions provided.

Any watch returned without prior validation will not be eligible for any compensation.

Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs related to warranty claims remain the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended to use a mode of transport with tracking and insurance.

Solution provided

As part of our warranty policy, and after analyzing the product, we will determine, depending on the defect found, whether it is appropriate to repair or replace the watch.

Legal guarantee

The 5-year commercial warranty is in addition to, but does not replace, the following:

• legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code),

• guarantees relating to hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Best practices for use

To preserve the longevity of your watch, it is recommended:

• to avoid shocks and falls,

• to respect the indicated level of sealing,

• Do not expose the watch to strong magnetic fields,

• to have any intervention carried out by an approved center.
